Abstract:In order to solve the problem of traditional medical pedal, we designed and developed a pedal device which can perform
customized image acquisition and recording from multiple equipments or softwares and record images without modifying
any medical parameters. Based on HID protocol and UTS2210 module, this device achieved image acquisition by sending control
signals to the host serial port through KeilC programming comb ined with STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller. The experimental
results showed that the success rate of the medical pedal c ontroller was 98%. After nearly one year of practice, the controller
runs stably and achieves the expected design ef fect, which can be popularized.
