A Rats Scalding Experiment and Acquisition Platform Based on Multiple Sensors

Abstract:To improve the efficiency and accuracy of the traditional hand scald experiment, to realize automatic and parameterized
scald and to reduce the harm to experimenters, the present study developed a rat automatic scalding experiment and data acquisition
platform based on multiple sensors. The basic work method was that, collecting temperature and pressure curve in real-time through
the monitoring system composed of multiple sensors and micro processor, controlling heating and mechanical transmission device
with the PID algorithm to make the scald temperature, pressure and time up to the experimental default. The prototype of platform
has been completed, and can realize the automatic scald of the rats.
