Abstract:In this paper, the liquid splashing phenomenon during operation of the sample needle cleaning
station was analyzed, improvements of the structure of the station were made based on analysis result,
including enlarging volume of the inner and outer wall of the cleaning chamber as well as adding an air
permeability device in the drainage pipeline. The experimental results showed that the improved cleaning
station alleviated the occurrence of the splashing phenomenon greatly and deserved wider clinical
application and promotion.
