Implementation of Enzyme Sign Immunity Analyzer with 340 nm Wavelength

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and imlementation of enzyme sign immunity analyzer with 340 nm wavelength, including the principle and circuit structure. The results of accuracy test, linearity test, and repetitive tests showed that enzyme sign immunity analyzer can finish test in 340 nm wavelength, well meet the demand of some scientific research tests, and be an important embodiment of high-end enzyme sign. The experiment in this paper proved that the design which adopted certain hardware and software technology and cooperated with light path can make the 340 nm wavelength fully meet the national standards on the performance of the enzyme sign immune analyzer.
