Abstract:Objective To ensure the daily detection of Abbott ARCHITECT i2000SR chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer carried
out smoothly. Methods The alarm data of the analyzer were grouped for analysis, causes of common important faults were analyzed,
treatment measures were proposed, and appropriate performance verification methods were selected after equipment repair. Results
Groups A~E had a low degree of failure, with an alarm rate of 85.49% (10259/12000). The F~J groups had a relatively high level,
with an alarm rate of 14.51% (1741/12000). After comparison (χ2=4020.05, P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant.
Group A and group B had the highest number of alarms, reaching 82.13% (9856/12000) in total. Group G and group E had the
lowest alarm rate of 0.18% (21/12000). The alarm codes caused by sampling error were 3350, 2256 and 0842, with the highest
failure rate of 27.12% (3254/12000), significantly higher than other alarm codes. Conclusion Timely understanding and processing
of alarm information issued by instruments and equipment, cause analysis and processing measures can ensure the smooth operation
of instruments and create good economic and social benefits.
