Abstract:Connective tissue disease (CTD) was a large class of polygenetic diseases related to heredity, immunity and virus infection,
which can involved multiple systems and organs of the whole body, including the heart. Cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging
(CMR) plays an important role in the formulation of clinical treatment, early warning and prognosis of cardiac patients involved in
CTD. In recent years, whether the imaging signs and parameters presented by different CMR techniques can be used to evaluate early,
subclinical cardiac involvement, and whether it can be combined with clinical indicators to improve the diagnostic efficiency has
become a research hotspot. This paper reviews the research progress on the imaging diagnostic value of different CMR techniques
in the heart involved by CTD, and describe how CMR can identify the early and subclinical cardiac involvement and evaluate the
degree of cardiac injury in patients with CTD, and put forward the existing problems and future research directions, aims to provide
reference value for its application and development.
