Abstract:Objective To build and analyze the application value of biobank information management system based on microservice
architecture. Methods The microservice architecture of Spring Cloud was used to split the actual functions into microservice units
for cluster deployment, combined with advanced encryption standard dynamic algorithm to ensure data security, and then the biobank
information management system was designed and developed and statistical application effect. Results The system has achieved
zero error management throughout the entire lifecycle of biological samples, including collection, storage, out-put and in-put of
warehouse, inventory, destruction and monitoring. Through the management of this system, the efficiency of sample query, out-put
of warehouse and statistical management has been significantly improved, with time consumption reduced by 54%, 31%, and 73%,
respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The system can improve the accuracy of sample
information and the efficiency of sample management, and promote the standardization of the work process and compliance with
laws and regulations.
