Abstract:Objective Through improve the national security algorithm of the existing electronic signature system, to ensure the
smooth progress of the paperless project of hospital medical documents, and achieve tamper resistance and verifiability of electronic
medical documents. Methods The system was modified by establishing a fully dual machine hot standby hardware architecture
and utilizing national security algorithms, digital signature technology, entity KEY, and server signature technology. Results The
hardware architecture has been achieved with dual machine hot standby, and the national security algorithm has been upgraded.
Currently, medical technology departments such as radiology, ultrasound, and pathology have completed corresponding renovations,
and the success to failure ratio of server pressure testing was about 5.8×10-5, which could fully support the next step of paperless
transformation of the hospital medical records. Conclusion Through information technology means such as national security
algorithm and digital signature technology, the tamper proof tripartite verification of hospital electronic medical documents is
realized, which helps the hospital to further promote the paperless medical documents, and provides the foundation for medical data
sharing and complete personal health archives construction.
