Abstract:This paper analyzed the procurement of maintenance accessories for M Series defibrillation pacemaker monitor in our
hospital in recent 3 years and 13 regions in South China in recent 6 months, and studied the three kinds of faults which were difficult
to judge and maintain: for parts replacement battery that corresponded to the maximum number of “lack of power storage function”
and fault diagnosis and the maintenance difficult “charging indicator normal but unable to power on, high voltage module fault”.
Through the analysis of the cause of the problem step by step, it was to fully discharge, the insulation reinforcement replacement
parts or equipment failure, summed up experience to share. At the same time, it is suggested that medical institutions make full use
of the three-level management structure of medical equipment and give full play to the role of the equipment administrator team, so
as to find and eliminate potential safety hazards in advance, ensure the intact and standby rate of equipment, improve quality control,
and improve the guarantee ability of clinical medical engineers.
