Abstract:Based on the detailed analysis of two cases of GE Logiq E9 ultrasonic maintenance, we summarizes the common
maintenance ideas and hopes to help improve the maintenance ability of the equipment. The first case was that the device cannot
be turned on, and the second case was that the image fails after the device was turned on. According to the existing knowledge,
the equipment fault was preliminarily judged, and then the core points of the fault were checked one by one through the operation
principle. The fault was eliminated by replacing the memory module at the PC end and the receiving board with CW, so that the
equipment could return to normal operation. Moreover, we found that most of the faults in the case of failure to start the machine
were in the back end. Only by fully understanding the relevant circuit principles can we provide a strong guarantee for fast and
efficient maintenance.
