Abstract:Objective To investigate the user experience of mainstream magnetic resonance products, and to provide basis for the design,
development and improvement of magnetic resonance products. Methods The user experience evaluation scale was made by expert
consulting method, and the index was likert 5.Questionnaires were distributed to many medical institutions nationwide and
statistical analysis was collected. Results The overall score of the industry was 4.14, and the overall user experience evaluation of
domestic MRI was higher than that of imported equipment (4.3 vs 4.03). Among the second-level indicators, the reconstruction speed,
patient scanning process, overall hardware ease of use and patient positioning convenience scored low in the industry. 1.5T and 3.0T
devices have higher user experience scores than imported brands; Compared with the three indexes with high weight, the user experience
score of domestic brands is higher than that of imported brands. Conclusion Domestic magnetic resonance technology pays more
attention to user experience in the design and application, and has won a high score among domestic and foreign equipment. All
manufacturers should improve the product experience, improving the speed of reconstruction for example.
