Abstract:In order to change the present performance appraisal system, separate the medical staff ’s compensation from the medicines
and chemical reagents, consumables, inspection, testing and other business income, this study established a set of informatization
performance distribution system that could work efficient and fair assessment of the medical staff ’ workload. The system is linked to
the quantity, quality, technical difficulty, cost control and public satisfaction of the medical service, which can make the medical staff
more pay for more work.
