Abstract:In this paper, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the stress-strain of a cantilevered EPID structure
of our company under the ultimate working condition, and the actual deformation of the prototype was measured under this working
condition. The results showed that the deviation between the theoretical calculation and the actual measurement was less than 9%
with high consistency under the same working condition, which proved the reliability and validity of the finite element analysis
method proposed in this paper. This method can be used as a reference for engineers to solve practical problems and provide a clear
direction for the improvement and upgrading of EPID of our company.
