Abstract:As the starting point and objective of medical services, patients’ satisfaction degree is the ultimate standard in evaluation of hospitals’ work. Construction of a satisfaction degree evaluation system allowed medical institutions in certain region to upload the satisfaction degree evaluation results via the informatization approach. Then, the call center was responsible to follow up the patients’ complaints, ease the conflict between physicians and patients and give feedback like patients’ opinions and advice to relevant medical institutions so as to enhance medical services and realize the closed-loop management.
