Abstract：Objective To build a unified financial reconciliation platform, integrate multi-channel payment methods, and provide
convenient, safe, efficient and accurate unified reconciliation services. Methods Using Visual Studio 2015+SQL Server2012
development platform, based on Html+WebApi/WebForm development model, realized interconnection with HIS through integrated
payment interface, and obtained payment bill data of various payment methods through Socket/FTP/POST, etc. The HIS business
order data were automatically reconciled, order status was updated, and reconciliation result was stored in the database. Results The
intervention rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.001), and the human resource
efficiency of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of
hospital’s unified reconciliation platform can effectively reduce the workload of financial reconciliation and improve the efficiency
of financial human resources, which is conducive to improving patient satisfaction with medical treatment, improving the operational
quality of hospital financial management, and providing solid information support for the construction of intelligent finance.
