This paper described the basic working principle of Auto DELFIA1235 automatic time-resolved immune analyzer,
the principle of detecting the liquid level with sample injection, the principle of negative pressure pipeline and the principle of
fluorescence measurement. The problems of detecting liquid level of the injection needle, negative pressure timeout and light path
fault were analyzed in this paper, by replacing the SMT inductance of RAR board, solenoid valve and photodiode, the equipment
was returned to normal operation. The case analysis in this paper can provide reference for the prompt repair of the faults and daily
maintenance, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the accuracy of the test results, and improve the level of
medical services in hospitals.
