Objective To develop a zero-pressure automatic liquid feeding device to assisted the Fresenius dialyzer matching the
liquid side of centralized supply A. Methods Patients who used this Fresenius dialysis machine for blood purification treatment
from November to December of 2019 were randomly divided into two Group, one group was the control group, and uses the A barrel
liquid and B barrel liquid during treatment, a total of 50 cases, the other group was the observation group, the treatment used the
A concentrated liquid and B barrel liquid provided by the above device, a total of 48 cases. After 98 blood purification treatments
were completed, the patients in the observation group and control group were performing blood purification treatment. During each
treatment cycle, the number of failures of the liquid supply system inside the dialysis machine and the two Investigation of the
convenience evaluation of the liquid supply method, and analysis of the collected data. Results The difference of the corresponding
liquid supply method between the control group and the observation group has no statistical significance to the stability of the liquid
supply system inside the dialysis machine (P>0.05). The evaluation score of convenience of liquid delivery method in observation
group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The automatic liquid feeding device which designed
in this study to assist matching the liquid side of centralized supply A can ensure the stability of the dialyzer and improve the
convenience of operation, which is worth popularizing
