Abstract:Objective To explore troubleshooting methods and provide reference significance for the cooling system by analyzing
working principle and troubleshootings of superconducting MRI cooling system. Methods The working principle of the
superconducting MRI cooling system was deeply analyzed, and three specific cases of high temperature, high pressure and low flow
of the water cooling system were analyzed and studied. The faults were examined one by one, and the maintenance ideas and methods
were summarized. Results The alarm phenomenon was solved by replacing the fan, the flow velocity plate, the main board and
adjusting the flow rate, and the normal operation of the magnetic resonance equipment was restored. Conclusion Cooling system is
one of important components for MRI equipment. It concerns running state of MRI equipment. So the daily maintenance of cooling
system frequently is very important.
