Abstract:Objective To explore the relevant modes of medical imaging equipment maintenance and provide a basis for ensuring the
normal operation of hospital medical imaging equipment. Methods Different time periods of the same cycle of equipment in the same
group were used as comparison objects and divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was maintained
by conventional methods, the observation group developed intervention measures to maintain it. The operation of two sets of medical
imaging equipment were recorded and four types of medical imaging equipment (computed tomography, digital radiography, digital
subtraction angiography, magnetic resonance imaging) were extracted, including startup time, number of inspections, number of
repairs, number of downtimes, whether it was repaired on the day, monthly income, expenditure and profit per unit, to compare the
operation and economic benefits of two groups of medical imaging equipment. Results There was no significant differences in the
monthly startup time of the equipment in the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). The number of equipment inspections
and the number of positive results detected in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The
number of equipment maintenance times and downtime days in the group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). There
was no significant difference in whether the equipment in the observation group and the control group was repaired that day (P>0.05).
There was no difference in the equipment expenditure between the observation group and the control group. The equipment income
and profit of each group in the observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Checking the
maintenance of imaging equipment in hospitals over the years, and considering the problems existing in the preliminary maintenance
and formulating effective intervention measures can improve the operation of medical imaging equipment, reduce the number of
maintenance. It can also obtain good economic benefit, which is worthy of popularization and application.
