Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of artificial intelligence mobile nursing information management system in clinical nursing. Methods A total of 400 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Bethune Third Hospital of Jilin University from March to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 200 cases in each group. The experimental group used the mobile nursing information management system. The control group used the traditional model for nursing. Statistical analysis of the two groups of patients’ satisfaction, health education awareness rate, nursing record quali?cation rate, etc., and comparison and analysis of the two groups’ vital signs collection, doctor’s order processing, nursing document storage, nurse-patient disputes and other adverse nursing events. Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group, the awareness rate of health education, and the quali?cation rate of nursing records were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, adverse nursing events such as vital signs collection, doctor’s order processing, nursing document storage, and nurse-patient disputes occurred. The rate was signi?cantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The mobile nursing information management system is the development trend of arti?cial intelligence hospitals. It improves the quality and safety of care and improves patient satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion and use.
