Abstract:Objective To analyze and study the overall optimization of outpatient medical technology schedule and medical equipment configuration by the M/M/C model of queuing theory, so as to provide reference for management decision-making. Methods Taking the operation of MR diagnosis and treatment in 2019 as an example, the quantitative relationship between medical technology scheduling and equipment configuration of MR operation was established using M/M/C model, and the optimization scheme of both was studied as a whole. Results The optimization scheme of medical technology schedule and medical equipment configuration in MR clinic under ideal condition and limited condition had been obtained scientifically and accurately. Conclusion Outpatient medical technology scheduling and medical equipment configuration could be scientifically and accurately optimized by the M/M/C model, providing decision-making reference for overall management of medical technology scheduling, reasonable optimization of equipment configuration and improvement of medical service satisfaction.
