Abstract:Objective To discuss the evaluation method of the key performance indicators of surgical robots, and establish a test plan. Methods Taking the image-guided surgical robot as an example, the system positioning accuracy and various factors affecting the system delay were analyzed. Through the design of the standard phantom, the length and included angle of the two vectors in the space between the phantom end and the robotic arm end were compared for system positioning. Accuracy evaluation| through the design of a non-contact experimental device, the time difference from the movement of the patient to the movement of the manipulator was monitored to evaluate the system delay. Results The measurement of system accuracy and system delay were achieved. Conclusion The design of the test plan should fully simulate the state of clinical application, paying attention to the component-level performance and the evaluation of system performance.
