Abstract:Objective To research on the usability evaluation methods of surgical robots and formulate corresponding evaluation methods in order to provide ideas for usability evaluation of medical robots. Methods Non-interference observation was used to evaluate the usability of surgical robot. Data collection and recording test were carried out by observing and studying the user’s operation and use of medical devices and ?uency in operation tasks, so as to realized the evaluation of device availability. Results According to the characteristics of the surgical robot, this paper put forward the basic process and basic personnel requirements of the usability test of the surgical robot, and discussed the core functions of the usability evaluation of the surgical robot, the operation specifications involved in the usability test, the requirements of the usability test application scenario, and the starting point and end point of the task. Conclusion On the whole, the usability evaluation of surgical robot is conducive to the scientific and effective evaluation of the risks that the surgical robot may encounter in the real operation process, and to the formation of a reasonable evaluation standard of the quality of surgical robot.
