Abstract:Objective To establish a remote intelligent prevention and control diagnosis platform based on artificial intelligence,
which can provide the whole process information services of prevention, diagnosis, scientific research and follow-up.
Methods Based on the shared cloud platform for mutual recognition of medical image quality control established by the national key
R & D program, the quantitative statistical analysis method for CT image quality control and the automatic detection method for DR
image were studied by using artificial intelligence and image processing technology. Results The platform realized the functions of
image analysis and processing, image mutual recognition and sharing, image intelligent quality control, image intelligent diagnosis of
new pneumonia and online teaching and training. Conclusion The platform can carry out the new pneumonia image remote assistant
diagnosis and improve the work efficiency, which is conducive to early detection, early report, early isolation and early treatment.
