Abstract:Objective To investigate the preventive measures of hospital infection in patients with suspected or confirmed coronavirus
disease 2019 (COVID-19) who underwent CT examination in radiology department to avoid the occurrence of cross infection in
hospital. Methods Effective management and training, scientific division of areas, special CT equipment and examination channels,
standardized examination procedures, disinfection and garbage disposal were adopted to achieve the objective. Results The amount
of examination was gradually recovered. There was no nosocomial infection among patients and medical staff. Conclusion The
management of nosocomial infection prevention and control is very important for suspected and confirmed patients of COVID-19,
which has important clinical significance for controlling cross infection in hospital and promoting the gradual recovery of medical
order in radiology department.
