Abstract:Long-term and high-load use has gradually increased the incidence of magnetic resonance equipment failures, which has
put forward higher requirements for clinical engineers to quickly troubleshoot and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. In
this paper, three failures of the Siemens MAGNETOM Avanto 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging equipment, including transmitter
and rfsu power supply failure, optical fiber break failure and PF signal line failure, were analyzed step by step. Then, the normal
operation of the equipment was restored by replacing the Transmitter board and RFSU power supply, optical fiber and PF signal line.
By sharing these three cases, we hope to strengthen communication and learning with peers and jointly improve equipment support
capabilities.
