Abstract:Objective To improve the “Test completion rate” and “Qualified rate” of pressure gauge in our hospital. Methods Some
measures were taken, such as requiring the manufacturers, strengthening the training of the personnel, and strengthening the control
of the equipment with gas source. Results At the next measurement, the monitoring indicators were increased. Conclusion This
PDCA cycle not only improves the management effects of pressure gauge, but also reduces the number of damages in pressure gauge.
So that it reduces the risk of accidents. The practice of this PDCA can also be used as an exploration of the management of other
measuring instruments.
