Abstract:Objective To design a data acquisition system to digitize the experimental data of the old medical multi-channel physiological
recorder. Methods ADC12 module and FLASH memory chip in MSP430F149 microcontroller were selected to develop the data
acquisition system of medical multi-channel physiological recorder. In the design of hardware circuit, the peripheral interface circuit of
MSP430F149 microcontroller and the RS232 communication circuit between microcontroller and microcomputer system were mainly
introduced. In the development of software, the timing A/D conversion program of MSP430F149 microcontroller and the RS232
communication program between microcontroller and microcomputer system were developed by C language. Results The analog
experimental data of the old medical multi-channel physiological recorder were digitized by A/D conversion program, and stored in
the microcomputer through communication. The acquisition system could realize multi-channel data acquisition, with high accuracy.
Conclusion The data acquisition system has the characteristics of low cost, simple structure and high reliability, and can widely used
in the hardware system of biosignal detection, recording and analysis in the functional experiments.
