Abstract:Regarding the bottlenecks related to exposure and traction in current adenomammectomy, we introduced a magnetic
suspension traction system for adenomammectomy based on the advantages of magnetic positioning traction technique. The system
comprised an external stent, a magnetic suspension unit, a magnetic traction unit and an inner magnet. The external stent was
combined with the operating bed to realize the positioning of the whole system. The magnetic suspension unit cooperated with the
inner magnet to realize deep skin traction and assist the exposure of the deep tissue. The magnetic traction unit could perform the
cutting edge traction. Compared with the traditional method, which required 3 surgeons to perform flap dissociation, the magnetic
suspension traction system only needed 1 surgeon, with similar incision length, shorter flap dissociation time (462.00 s vs. 609.35 s)
and less interference (1.83 vs. 5.5). The system not only can reduce the difficulty of adenomammectomy, but also can achieve small
and concealed incision in adenomammectomy. The system also reduces intraoperative personnel, and even achieves single operation,
which is of great significance for promoting the progress of adenomammectomy.
