Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of quality control and preventive maintenance in daily maintenance the maintenance of
Gfil interlocking fault in Varian Trllogy accelerator was introduced. In the normal treatment of patients, the accelerator presented the
interlock fault of GFIL with no Angle and time rule, and could not eliminate the interlock normally. Through investigation, it was
found that the fault was caused by the poor contact of the copper sheet of PS2CN1 power terminal line in the high voltage part of hot
deck W4 cable. The copper plate was received to restore the original position of the shrapnel, and it was tested at different angles for
several times without interlocking failure, and the accelerator resumed normal operation. For such faults, it is necessary to find fault
points by combining the software repair information code, consult the corresponding circuit diagram, and summarize the maintenance
process in time to ensure quality and guaranteed maintenance.
