Abstract：To study the composition, design, traceability and information management of the box-type logistics system in the
disinfection supply center, this study analyzed the multi-factor effects from the perspectives of infection control, work
efficiency, cost-effectiveness and humanistic care. It was found that the number of contact times of sterile items was reduced
from 5 to 3 in the current application of box logistics transmission system, and the working efficiency of the logistics transmission
system was three times higher than the manual efficiency. The system achieves full traceability, avoids the occurrence of safety
hidden danger and work error. The satisfaction of clinical departments on disinfection supply has been improved, at the same
time the labor intensity of the staff has been reduced. The system also improves the satisfaction of the staff, and the application
in the disinfection supply center greatly improves the level of logistics management
