Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of anti-clogging aspirator device in orthopedic surgery. Methods From February to
October in 2018, a total of 890 patients under orthopedic fracture surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided
into control group and experimental group according to different surgical sites (320 cases of upper limb fracture fixation,
350 cases of lower limb fracture fixation, and 220 cases of spinal internal fixation). The general aspirator device was used
in the operation of the control group, and the anti-clogging aspirator device was used in the experimental group. In addition,
a comparative study was conducted on the two groups of aspirator devices at different surgical sites from the blood loss,
operation time, blockage, and surgeon satisfaction with using the aspirator devices. Results The blood loss, operation time
and blockage times of different operative sites in the experimental group were less than those in the control group. The satisfaction
score of surgeons in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The anticlogging
aspirator device can effectively reduce the blockage of the aspirator during orthopedic surgery, thus shortening
the operation time and reducing the intraoperative amount of blood loss, reducing the workload of nurses, improving the
satisfaction of doctors and reducing the secondary pollution caused by drainage. The anti-clogging aspirator device has
good clinical application effect, and has the high practical application and the popularization value.
