Objective In order to improve the utilization rate of medical equipment management software and truly realize the
purpose of real-time and convenient operation without blind angle, it is necessary to require the software to have certain processing
ability to acquire, display and save data after being offline when developing software. Methods Several data storage methods in the
Android system including Sqlite and Web cache, and so on were analyzed. Combining with the characteristics of data needed for
medical device management at present, appropriate processing methods were used, and an android-based APP was developed for
offline testing. Results For different data, the APP could complete the basic processing of local database and Web cache data, and
the operation was basically smooth without obvious lag. Conclusion The off-line data cache enables the software to continue to work
smoothly even if the wireless signal is lost, which improves the usability of the software.
