Abstract：In order to achieve accurate puncture positioning under CT guidance, a Siemens virtual simulation Vsim workstation and
external LAP laser DORADO3 system were adopted to build the transformation relationship between patient coordinate system
and laser coordinate system. The specific worksheet for editing was made by WPS form. After inputting the related raw data in the
WPS table, the final location data of the LAP laser lamps and the CT scanning bed could be obtained. According to the results, the
laser lamps and CT scanning bed were drove to determine the body surface puncture point. The method described here is simple and
convenient to operate, and is especially suitable for intra-operative localization or multi-point puncture.
