Application of PDCA in Quality Control of Multi Parameter Monitor

Abstract：Medical equipment is an important tool for medical diagnosis of medical staff, its operation status is directly related to
the accuracy of use, safety and other issues. As the case of multi-parameter monitor, the PDCA cycle was used to improve its quality
control process and quality management process in the present research. Through regular quality control of multi parameter monitor,
reasonable exit mechanism, strengthen training and other means, the quality control of multi parameter monitor qualified rate
increased from 89% to 97%. PDCA cycle has important application value in quality management of medical equipment.
