摘要

本文详细分析了我院医科达医用电子直线加速器在使用过程中出现的因虚焊导致DOSE TIMER报警和冷却系统循环不畅导致Bending OT报警现象，以及对两例故障的现象进行分析和排除。总结出平时的维护和保养工作要落到实处，这样才能减少设备的故障率，保证加速器工作的稳定性，延长加速器的使用寿命，保证加速器的工作质量。

Abstract

This paper analyzed in detail the phenomenon of DOSE TIMER alarm caused by false welding and Bending OT alarm caused by poor circulation of cooling system during the application of Elekta medical electron linear accelerator in our hospital, as well as the phenomenon of two faults were analyzed and eliminated. It is concluded that the maintenance and maintenance work should be carried out earnestly in order to reduce the failure rate of the equipment, ensure the stability of the accelerator, extend the service life of the machine, and ensure the quality of the accelerator.
