Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application value of four imaging examination methods in diagnosing prostate cancer. Methods Imaging data collected from transabdominal ultrasound, transrectal ultrasound, ultrasound contrast, CT scan and CT enhancement scan, MRI scan and MRI enhancement scan of 165 patients with prostate cancer was retrospectively analyzed. Pathological results of biopsy of all patients were collected through paracentesis guided by transrectal ultrasound. Then the problems which should be paid attention to during the comprehensive diagnosis process of each imaging examination method were summarized. Results The sensitivities of transabdominal ultrasound, transrectal ultrasound, CT scan and CT enhancement scan, MRI scan and MRI enhancement scan were 70.0%, 85.7%, 64.3%, 97.1%, respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of the combination of these four methods was 100%. Conclusion The combination of various imaging examination methods will play an important role in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer and the choice and alteration of clinical rehabilitation treatment plans.
