Abstract:Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of 3D dynamic MR-HSG technology based on FLASH technology
combined with multi-parameter MR imaging for female infertility. Methods The data of 53 patients with clinical infertility were
collected by routine MR scan and three-dimensional dynamic MR hysterosalpingography. The imaging quality of the patients
was evaluated, and the results of MR diagnosis of infertility were statistically analyzed. Results The successful rate of MR
hysterosalpingography was 100%. The evaluation of image quality was excellent or good, and the subjective evaluation of two
doctors was consistent (Kappa value =0.882). Based on the time of contrast medium diffusion in the umbrella and around the ovary,
the patency of fallopian tubes was judged. Among 106 fallopian tubes, 60 were unobstructed, 14 were partially unblocked and 32
were obstructed. Conclusion The 3D dynamic MR-HSG technology based on FLASH technology combined with multi-parameter
MR imaging is of high value in the clinical diagnosis of female infertility.
