Abstract:Objective In order to improve the after-sales service of MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) product in the northeast
area, to provide direction for domestic brand after-sales service improvement, a survey of after-sales service satisfaction of
mainstream MRI equipment manufacturers was carried out. Methods An after-sales service satisfaction assessment questionnaire
was designed with consultation to experts. The index was scored by Likert 5. Results Import brands had advantage in MRI market
in northeast China. The overall after-sales satisfaction score of the industry was 4.26. The 6 second-level index scores of product
quality, maintenance quality, price, efficiency, training and service attitude were 4.12, 4.48, 3.84, 4.56, 4.06 and 4.54, respectively.
Comprehensive after-sales service scores of four mainstream manufacturers, Neusoft medical, Philips, GE, Siemens were 4.67, 4.28,
4.21, 4.09, respectively. Each manufacturer had its competitive advantages in the secondary indexes and core links. Conclusion
Customers in northeast China are satisfied with the after-sales service of MRI manufacturers. However, the scores of product quality,
price and training are low, which shows that the manufacturer still needs to improve in these three aspects. Domestic manufacturers
have advantages in some indicators of after-sales service, but they still need to improve product reliability and other aspects.
