Abstract:Objective In order to solve the problem of obstruction of the drug that has a great influence on the patient during
the injection process and eliminate the risk of low-speed microinfusion, a high-precision injection pump with dynamic pressure
monitoring function was developed. Methods According to the characteristics of patients in clinical use, the dynamic pressure
detection function and quick start function were added on the basis of the FC1 microinjection pump. Results High-precision microinjection
pump whose accuracy of the blockage alarm was 173.5 times higher than that of the previous FC1 pump was successfully
developed. Conclusion The development of a new high-precision medical micro-injection pump solves the problem of patient
interruption or long-term non-administration and unexpected Bolus, eliminates the risk of low-speed microinfusion, and provides
safer technical support for the clinical application of micro-injection pumps which has wide application prospects.
