Abstract:Objective To solve the problem of natural language processing and inadequate knowledge expression in medical science,
a clinical decision support system based on disease model was constructed by analyzing and researching the framework of disease
model. Methods The medical decision platform which integrated the clinical data resources of patients in the existing information
system of the hospital was established by using big data technologies such as data mining, machine learning and pattern recognition.
Results The clinical decision support system constructed in this paper was effective and could provide auxiliary diagnosis for
clinicians. Conclusion The construction of clinical decision support system based on disease pattern changes the traditional decision
based on doctor’s experience into the knowledge base decision and provides supporting services for clinical decision.
