Objective To realize objective and quantitative evaluation of maintenance service by designing a mobile application used
for after-sales service assessment of stereotactic radiosurgery devices. Methods In this study, WeChat was taken as the system entry
and operation platform to realize three business function modules: personnel equipment management, maintenance service flow and
data collection and analysis. At the same time, four auxiliary functional modules, including message push, information query, system
maintenance and background management, had been improved. Results With the usable, acceptable and efficient qualities, the
system had been deployed and running stalely, continuously collecting data for research project. Conclusion The system is adequate
for objective and quantitative evaluation, and closed-loop management of maintenance service, which has certain significance of
innovation and promotion.
