Abstract:Objective To ensure the safety of patients with hemodialysis, the accuracy of the parameters between these two types of
machines was analyzed through the quality control test of two different types of hemodialysis machines in our hospital. Methods
The conductivity, temperature and flow parameters of three 4008S hemodialysis machines and three 5008S hemodialysis machines
procurement with the same year were tested respectively using HDM99XP. It was tested once every three months, four times in total,
and the measured data were analyzed. Results The parameters of 4008S and 5008S were within the error range. But the three core
parameters’s deviation of temperature, conductivity and flow rate of the 4008S were all greater than 5008S, and the parameters with
large deviation were corrected in time. Conclusion Stability of dialysis parameters in hemodialysis of 5008S is superior to 4008S.
The significant differences in the clinical effect of dialysis on patients of these two types machines may continue to be studied.
