Abstract:Objective To study the dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound in the assessment of
female pelvic floor dysfunction associated constipation. Methods A total of 68 cases of female pelvic floor dysfunction correlation
constipation patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were analyzed. All patients underwent dynamic
three-dimensional ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound, to observe the changes of the resting state, ability of pelvic organ
structure state, and measurement of bladder, uterus and rectum prolapse, levator ani muscle thickness, pelvic floor hole diameter,
diameter, area, perimeter, distance and other technical indicators of perineum decline, and compared with MRI defecography. Results
Under the resting state and the stress change, the dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound
showed that there were no significant difference (P>0.05) between row pelvic organ structure and MRI defecography condition.
There were no significant difference between the dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound and
the MRI defecography in examination of the urinary bladder, uterus and rectum prolapse, levator ani muscle thickness, hole diameter
and pelvic floor about, diameter, area, perimeter, distance and other technical indicators (P>0.05). Conclusion Dynamic threedimensional
ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound can accurately determine the female pelvic floor dysfunction related to
constipation, examination results and MRI defecography results.
