Abstract:To meet requirement of intelligent measure control, facilitation of data queries, export and friendliness of graphical user interface
(GUI), we have designed a product based on Android system using 640×480 LCD and multi-touch screen. Thirty-two bit Embedded
Micro-Controller based on ARM Cortex-M3 mainly controled the components of device and collecting data, and Samsung Exynos
4412 with Android system based on ARM Cortex-A9 architecture controled the display of GUI. They communicateed with each other
by serial port. Touch function was realized by adding the drive code to Linux kernel on FT5406. The operations of measure process,
device malfunction check, device parameter monitor, measure result save, data export, and so on were realized by clicking the touchscreen.
After test and verification, we find that the GUI based on Android system is friendliness, touch sensitive and easy to operate.
