Abstract:The present study aims to develop high frequency high voltage X-ray machine filament circuit with higher stability,
reliability and accuracy, and to make the relevant medical personnel deeply understand and thoroughly grasp the principle of filament
circuit. Firstly, the working principle of filament heating circuit of the widely used indico 100 series high frequency high voltage
generator was analyzed. Then, a detailed analysis of the feedback path in real effective value conversion principle was performed,
and filament current and other related data and waveform was measured. The test results showed that the filament circuit basically
realized the design requirements of the actual filament current equal to the preset filament current, and the filament circuit in the
whole test reponsed fast, which could fully meet the requirements of practical applications requirements. Through the thorough
analysis of the filament circuit, this paper provides an important reference for the development of higher performance filament circuit,
and improves the maintenance efficiency and accuracy of the related staff.
