Construction and Application of Electrophysiological Information System in Our Hospital

Abstract:Objective To realize the networked, digital management model of the electrophysiological examination, and achieve high
sharing of testing data. Methods Data signals from digital electrocardiograph (ECG) machine, dynamic ECG analyzer, exercise
load analysis system, resting electroencephalogram, dynamic electroencephalogram, electromyography and transcranial doppler
which dispersed in hospital departments were integrated into electrophysiological information system, and shared with HIS and
EMR. Results The efficient hospital electrophysiological information system was established. The system improved the doctor's
work efficiency and ECG report's quality, which made it convenient for the doctor to check and analyze the ECG statistical data.
Conclusion Electrophysiological information system, as the important part of digital hospital information system, is an important
guarantee for the realization of a comprehensive EMR.
