Abstract:Objective This paper aimed to grasp the performance of ECG monitor and provide suggestions for clinical application
through the quality control testing and testing result analysis. Methods 336 multiple parameter ECG monitors were tested using the
ECG monitor quality control equipment for two consecutive years. ECG, breath, blood pressure and electric safety were included
in the test parameters. Results The two-year results showed that the overall qualified rate difference was evident, failure rate of
quality control testing parameters were biased, and the qualification rate of products from different brands was different. Conclusion
The comparison of each index of ECG monitor for two consecutive years reflects the importance of quality control work in medical
equipment safety management.
