目的 为提高医院医疗设备采购技术参数编写的效率和质量，开发医疗设备技术参数数据 库。方法 基于PowerBuilder开发工具设计医疗设备技术参数库，参数库由设备采购参数汇总模 块、医疗设备资料总汇模块、厂商、供应商简介及联系方式模块、技术参数编写模块等等组成。 结果 试运效果安全稳定，它的应用可缩短医疗设备采购技术参数编写的周期。结论 以模块化实现 数据库的各项功能，为数据库维护、扩展奠定了基础。

Objective This paper aimed to develop a technical parameters library of medical equipment procurement to improve the writing efficiency and quality of hospital medical equipment technical parameters. Methods Based on PowerBuilder the technical parameters library was established, which consisted of some modules such as the parameter summary, data collection, profile and contact information of manufacturers and suppliers, parameters compilation, etc. Results Commissioning effects was safe and stable. This parameters library canould shorten the compilation period of medical equipment technical parameters. Conclusion By modularization, each function of database was realized, which laid the foundation for maintenance and extension.
