Abstract：Objective This paper, aiming at the requirement of hospital performance evaluation, was
designed to put forward an assessment management system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP)
and B/S three layer architecture, to evaluate and grade input, output, and performance of mid-term and
final achievement in hospital management. Methods Through the object-oriented technology, medical
performance evaluation system was analyzed and designed by using AHP. The framework was built on the
ASP.NET platform by B/S three layer architecture , and the functions of the system were realized with C#
language. Results The test result showed that the system can meet requirement of hospital performance
evaluation and it had many functions included assessment index system management, role management,
assessors allocation management, indicators distribution management and evaluation management.
Conclusion With simple operation, strong practicability, this system can reflect the performance
assessment of the medical departments and personnel in a certain period and bring practical improvement
for hospital to a certain extent.
